On December 21, ABMA sent a comment letter to U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Assistant Secretary Douglas L. Parker regarding the interim final rule on the COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing: Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). While ABMA respects OSHA’s mission to ensure the safety of workplaces nationwide, we are genuinely concerned that requiring all employers with one hundred or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on a weekly basis will have a significant negative impact.
