The Department of Commerce and the Department of Labor have partnered with about 60 industry representatives to develop the Job Quality Toolkit to help businesses recruit and retain workers in this ever changing work environment. “The toolkit is derived from the globally emulated Baldrige Excellence Framework and incorporates insights from numerous job quality experts.
